He was very prompt to return my call when I started looking for a realtor to sell my mothers home. The entire time he was professional, asked questions and was thorough in reviewing the home before letting us know what would be a good price to list the home for. He gave advice on what he thought we should repair and what we needed to get done before we wanted to list. He had internal/external pictures taken of the home with great aerial views too. He took the time to help me out where he could since I was selling my mothers home and live out of state. Ed and April Couturier are by far the most professional, giving, and easy to work for brokers that I have ever had. They will drop what they are doing to work with an agent when the agent has a question or an issue. They return calls and texts in a timely matter(which in real estate is an invaluable personality trait).
